Wednesday October 7, 2026 – 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM EDT (1 hour) – Professional Development After 5
Presenter: Angela Hoyt
Topic: The Future Just Walked In: Welcoming AI to the Employment Table
AI isn’t coming—it’s already here. In this dynamic and interactive presentation, sector leader Angela Hoyt is joined by an unconventional co-presenter: AI itself. Together, they’ll explore what becomes possible when artificial intelligence is invited to collaborate—not to replace judgement or compassion, but to augment insight, elevate strategy, and radically reimagine what employment and education services can do. This isn’t a tech session. It’s a leap forward. Through sharp dialogue and live demonstration, the co-presenters will reveal how AI can enhance practitioner wellness, strengthen reflection, surface unseen equity issues, and unlock capacity across roles. Whether you’re new to AI or already experimenting with it, this session will challenge your assumptions and expand your imagination. It’s time to stop asking if AI belongs in this field—and start exploring what we gain when we welcome it to the table.
