Career Development at a Crossroads: What Should We Fight to Protect?
A panel discussion moderated by Bella Doswell, featuring Sareena Hopkins, Gillian Johnson, Zana Dragovich & Lorraine Katanik.
Career development is changing rapidly. As new technologies, shifting labour markets and evolving models of work reshape the profession, what are we gaining, what are we quietly losing, and what deserves protecting?
Join our panel of CDP Greats for a candid discussion about the pressures facing career development today, the developments creating genuine opportunity, and the principles and practices we need to carry forward for the next generation of CDPs.
Žana Dragovich is a Career Development Leader and CDPOntario Co-Chair, specializing in career pathways, labour market integration, professional standards and inclusive practice.
